I could only imagine what autumn was supposed to feel like. Since then, I have kept trying. I studied the colors, the atmosphere, and the quiet beauty of trees in fall. For this piece, I decided to create color variations from left to right, exploring how light could be presented, how shadows could move through the forest, and how gold could illuminate the trees. There was a lot of imagination involved, but it was also a joy to work on. This painting is part of that journey - my attempt to understand a season I did not grow up with, but have come to admire deeply. I hope you like it.
